Has anyone had disney+ free for 6 months then cancelled it through o2 but still being charged for it without realising?

Yes I removed it a few years ago and didn't realise I was still paying for it. It never showed up in my extras. I was also lied to by an agent who told me I couldn't have cancelled it through the app which is what I did

I have been speaking to them just want to see if anyone has had the same problem so I can show them it's not just me

There have been quite a lot of questions recently about issue with Disney+, although I cannot remember seeing your particular problem. 👍
