I was contacted last night and offered a discount for a new contract. The phone was out of stocjk so I called up today to get a different handset. I was passed from department to depatment for 52minutes untill someone said I need the discount depatment and they are an outbound service so I cant get put through. I now have no new contract and cannot get my discount. Im very disapointed at this as I was wanting to upgrade the handset to an Iphone 6s so you have now lost out as well

@Anonymous this is a customer to customer forum. O2 will not see what you posted. Please do as @jonsie has suggested and call customer service again. There are many posts on the forum about the terrible wait times, but it's the only way you have a chance of any discount.

There's no guarantee the original call came from o2 either - it could have been one of o2's partners or a scam.
