Discount doesn't show

I recently upgraded and was offered a 30% discount on my tariff (scribbled on my contract). However, that discount doesn't show in my account, it still says I am on full tariff. (I also received a text a few days later saying some sort of discount could not be applied).

Went back to the shop amd they then offered me 50%, the employee sent another text with a discount code from my phone. That was three days ago, ans STILL I am on my full tariff...

I feel like cancelling my contract now, because I only signed up for this tariff because of the deal I was promised. Has anyone had the same experience? What should I do?

I would suggest you ring Customer Services on 202 from your phone and take it from there.
