Yesterday I placed an order online, but about an hour later I phoned to cancel it. The man I spoke to said the money will be back in my account within 3-5 working days. This morning I received a text message saying the item I ordered will be delivered tomorrow. Any help on what to d will be appreciated very much. Thanks

Hi @Anonymous You need to ring again http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or check in My o2 to see if the order has been processed http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Also keep checking your bank to see if the refund has been processed. You can return within 14 days cooling off period if it actually hasnt been cancelled

Best way is to take delivery and then send it back.
