Hi all,
I am looking for other people's opinion on this.
I have recently recommended O2 to my sister as she no longer has a work mobile and I have been with O2 for over 10 years with no major issue's. However, she has been declined due to 'business policy', with no further details being disclosed.
O2 have confirmed that this is not due to her credit history, but their business policy and they are unable to confirm any further information.
She was applying for the Samsung Galaxy S4 £37 monthly unlimited calls and texts & 1GB internet with a £20 international call bolt on.
Has anyone come across this before?
Regards,

1 why create a new one, when it is exactly the same issue?
2 yup, that's all I need to know. Maybe you want to check the news recently and you'll maybe see why things like this are important.
Jog on.

Why such O2 fanboy?
Nope Nigel is a total waste of space, but these extremes are created to provide counter balance.
I assume no one has asked o2 to provide a sar. If they only hold my name and address I'll come back and tell you and you can gloat. I wonder how they would make a business decision not to have someone as a customer only evaluating name and address? Errrrr....

Read what madasaf1sh said here: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Declined-O2-contract-on-business-policy/m-p/16405...
Put in a SAR, and wait 40 days for them to tell you absolutely nothing apart from your name and address..
And because you seem slow i will put in bold for you. @Truxntrax
o2 dont not have to accept you as a customer, if they don't want to, they are not required by any law to accept you, and they dont have to explain to you..
Jog on to another network, who might not want you either, or just go PAYG
