@m0nsterm4sh Call customer service to get them to reset it for you. There was a network outage a few days ago which many had or still have the problem you have

It's too much of a coincidence for it not to be related to the power outage yesterday.

So many people claiming the same problem after the event....

202 person went away to ask about it and came back saying it should all be fixed by Monday.

 

I just checked and my data usage is showing on the web and app again.  I don't know if my calling sped the process up or not.
