Data allowance not available

hi all

Has anyone else logged into the app to find the data allowance bar has disappeared? It's been like it for a few days now and I've deleted and reinstalled the app but no luck?

When I'm not using wifi or wifi is unavailable I have no way of checking how much data I have left for the month....

Maybe because the whole network has had problems today. Hopefully should be reset asap

Someone else reported the same thing earlier - it could all be connected with the network issues.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

still cant see Data allowance.

using My 02.Was told over the weekend,it would be resolved within 48hrs

Live chat are not recommended for account based issues. Phoning and speaking to someone from CS results in a happier outcome usually
