I been meaning to upgrade but feel after 20 years with o2 I have no trust in them whatsoever anymore. I feel like they have lied/mislead me on several occasions regarding upgrade options. Being told s22 are not an option anymore is ridiculous, frankly needs looking into as I found available options online after rudely being hung up on. This has happened more than once being pressured to enter contacts you don't want or need. Very poor on the phones unfortunately....most have no idea what they are doing

Well this is not O2, we are just customers like you.
Maybe the S22 is not available direct from O2 as it's last years model and they may not have stock. Often it is third party suppliers that have these things.
You are free to go where you like if you are out of contract. Sticking with one company for years doesn't always pay off. Infact it is often better to move. Your relationship with O2 is purely a business arrangement which will never have any place for loyalty.

@James115 If you have the funds, in the long run you're much better off shopping around, buying a phone sim free, then taking a sim only contract. That goes for any network.
If you're unhappy with O2, here's how to move on: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community
Just make sure you will be getting the same or better coverage from whichever network you decide to switch to. Getting Pay & Go sims and trying them all will help you decide. A better deal from another network is useless if you don't get a good signal from them.
