So I just finished a call with a member of customer services.  I asked about a better deal on sim only.  I have been paying £25. For a long time getting with low data allowance.  He offered me 6gig with unlimited airtime texts etc and 200 minutes European coverage.  For £14 @ 24months 

 

I ask for better he said no, so I asked about disconnections and he said just text for a pac number.  I have had more than one contract with O2 for best more than 20 years!!

 

Pretty poor do you not think

If you look at all the sim only deals in the shop you can find better deals.

Been trying for over a week to get contact with an o2 staff member to get help on a week one old faulty s20 plus. Can not get through on the phone, social media channels are ignoring messages. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I dont think thats a bad deal to be honest when the current offerings are 5Gb or £12 per month or 10Gb for £17 per month on a sim only deal for a 12mth sim only...


So why not just downgrade to one of these.

Unforttunately you arent a high ARPU customer (Average Revenue Per User) so the deals you will be offered will be limited.
