Customer Service

Contacted customer services today regarding a 3 month old Xperia Z3 phone which had an aerial fault. After requesting what O2 could do about giving me a replacement phone while it was getting repaired, I had the phone put down on me.

2nd phone call, I thought I'd be smarter and get the persons name, after him spelling his first name, I asked him for his 2nd name, I had the phone put down on me.

Both had accents.

After many years of being an O2 customer, O2 can be assured they will not receive another penny of my business once my contract runs out.

I ended up having to buy another smart phone to tide me over while my phone was getting fixed.

I'm blazing mad at being treated this way!!!!!!

A malapropism (also called a Dogberryism or Cramtonism) is the use of an incorrect word in place of a word with a similar sound, resulting in a nonsensical, often humorous utterance.

Edit: I love wikipedia!
