Customer Service and Upgrades

02 have the poorest customer service of any company i have ever had dealings with. I ordered an online upgrade on the 10th March to be collected at my local store on Click and Collect. Delivery day was the 14th, no phone, 15th no phone, 02 CS said to wait another 24 hours. 16th and 17th No phone, hung up on twice and lied to by 3 CS operators.18th March, losing all hope, Upgrade Team was meant tto call be back before 6pm, no call and on checking the upgrade i had requested has been cancelled and the cost of same uipgrade has now increased. Well done 02!! you obviously don't want to help or keep any customers. Pathetic service.

Cancelling orders is quite common and wrong IMHO.

Contacted Upgrades again at 7.15pm, the call operator Emily got me back the origional deal i had asked for and my new handset will be delivered on Monday 20th. Still very angry with the "Customer Service" team who seemed reluctant to actually do anything other than go around in circles. Thank you Emily.
