I have read previous instances of this happening and it seems to be related to areas in which you are at the time, I was in county Fermanagh Northern Ireland.
Can anybody help with this as it is worrying for security reasons but most of all I jut need to prove to my partner that nobody answered my phone!!!
Ps she also said she could hear me talking in the back ground to my customer. Is it possible that the call went to his wife's phone in some weird way and she answerd it? That is all I can think to say how he could hear me aswel...
Many thanks

I have to say that in all the years of using mobiles I have never experienced this so it's unusual. I would have thought with digital technology it would be impossible but I presume it's something to do with the back haul process.

Well I can officially tell you it happened!! It's very weird tho I admit
Nobody is disbelieving you, it's just so rare that we don't see it here very often.
I think I remember a post about two years back.

There is no explanation I have heard for this, it's usually assumed to be a glltch or bug in the system.
It's unlikely it will ever happen to you again.

This is happening on several of our employees phones and on some of their personal phones (all o2 network)
I have posted another thread on my issue and was trawling through and found this.
This is most definitely a recurring problem and not a one off.
Ive had 10 complaints this week regarding these issues. and some of them thought it was a one off and have had the problem happen several times now over the last 6-8 weeks.
Bugs, glitches whatever it is these issues need sorting out. As it has happened before to other people and in other areas I would suggest o2 looks at its systems and its security
Unfortunately the o2 business contract is up in 2 weeks time and the tender is out for a switch as these problems seems to be happening more and more and network issues seem to be happening much more frequently on o2 that we simply cant be that unprofessional with our phones not knowing who we are calling sometimes so we need a provider who can deliver

Rather than unfortunately I think fortunate is a more fitting description.
