Coverage and mast problem CA10 3LU

Since May 2022 mast at CA10 3LU has had problems.

Engineer's waiting to fix mast, but having to wait while dispute with landlord who owns the land where the mast is situated is resolved

COME ON 02 GET IT SORTED

As we are all customers here not much we can do.

Access disputes happen on all networks

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Nothing can be done if the landlord is been obstructive, as o2 will do everything to get it resolved... But if the farmer is stubborn, o2 will just turn off the mast and remove it or take the farmer to court and that could take months and months...

Maybe find the farmer, and ask him why he is been obstructive..

They usually want all the extra revenue possible

Its on a farmers field when I look at the information on CellMapper... It could be a landed gentry farmer.. lol
