Contract change

On a contract which is unlimited calls and texts and only 1GB. Every month I always use it up in the last week before it goes back up. Got a year left of this.

I was wondering if there was a way I could lower my unlimited calls to even 300 mins and put up my data allowance because it's really annoying. If not I'll wait till my contract is up which is next year

The short answer to your question is unfortunately, No. O2 do not do tailor made contracts, you can only choose from what is offered.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi.

Data is the most expensive part of the contract for O2 to provide.

I would suggest you look in your myo2 or ring 202 to see if their is anything else available to you but it may result in you paying more each month or add a bolt on via your myo2.

Unfortunately they wouldn't lower the unlimited parts of your tariff to pay for some extra data.

Contracts taken out after March 13 cannot be lowered either.

You can normally switch to 2gb for £5 more a month

If you do decide to use a PAC Code and move networks because of data and O2 gives you strong signal ,then perhaps consider Giffgaff as they run off o2's network and who provide unlimited data on a 3G connection with certain goody bags or soon to come 4G but is not unlimited and is reported to be 2gb.
