Hi all,
I took out a contract 2 months ago, and I had to pay a £100 security deposit (I had recently moved house so probably didn't fare too well on the credit check).
I was informed at the time that the £100 deposit would be repaid to me after 3 months, provided I paid my first 3 bills on time. My third bill is due in 2 weeks time, so I wondered how I go about getting the deposit back - is it paid straight back into my bank account (this sounds too easy), or will I have to phone/write/email/beg customer services to get it back, and then they pay it to me in about 8 months time when they get around to it?
Cheers

I believe you can ask for this to be refunded to your bank account.

As posted above it is automatically added to your account credit (So you don't need to pay you bill for a while) but you can request to have it transferred)
