Why has it suddenly become impossible to get hold of customer services? When I dialled 202 they didn't even offer the option of talking to someone and you have to let it get frustrated and put you through to someone who can help. Which it did only for me to wait for half an hour when someone finally picked up only to cut me off. I tried again, eventually got someone who then transferred/put me on hold for another 45 minutes listening to that awful music. I just gave up. This has never happened to me before with O2.

@Hartfell Customer service gets worse by the day.
Try calling 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management) or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Terrible what else can be said and unforgivable really
Could contact o2 by social media be better if it suits you at least not waiting for ages, send a message and then a prompt message occasionally
