Why is there no email option for a complaint?

Email is by far the best way for me to explain my issues.

There is a letter option, but this is 2016.

Don't know why they bother with a complaints department

Once they get your money there not interested I bought a tablet in September from my local 02 branch.its never been right since I bought it.

They told me to update the firmware which I did then for some reason it decided to format my memory card twice and now it won't acknowledge a card at all went back to shop they fobbed me off.

This morning took tablet off charge it shut down wouldn't restart took it back to shop they restarted it somehow I informed manager I wanted a refund or new tablet she just fobbed me off complained to 02 and guess what they fobbed me off as well trading standards Monday and no more 02 once my contracts paid off

If it has always been faulty you are entitled to a new one off o2.
This is consumer law.
