Complaints raised via email but no response

I have sent several emails to the complaints team but have not had a response. I also not being able to chat to a person and not a bot. I have told your customer services team that I have raised complaints via email too. I just don't understand why no one is getting back to me. I was asked for my details like email address, mobile number and account number. All were provided more than once. I just don't no if there is anyone who is managing the emails I have sent to your complaints team. 

This is is so poor.

This is not customer services, this is a customer to customer community, and no one from o2 will respond to you.

Once you email complaints, then the industry standard and o2's is 8 weeks to get a response, and at the point you email (once is enough as every time you email the same complaint it will reset the clock)... Customer Services are no longer able to assist you.
