Complaint against rude customer advisor.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have been a faithful O2 customer for 3 years now and I really enjoy the service. My phone contract is coming to an end this month and a customer advisor 'LUKE' has been ringing me from 01612127801 on two occassions for a renewal of my contract and has been very rude. Everytime I try to explain what I am looking for he has been rude and hung up the phone on me. I am very upset with this attitude and expect a better customer service from O2 if not I will not want to stay with your company.

I'm sure that wasn't O2 that called you:

That number has cropped up before and it appears to be a reseller, not O2 itself. You should call the real O2 on 202 from your phone and report it and also get upgrade advice directly.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

A simple google search shows that number has been linked to spam. It's not O2 and I sincerely hope you haven't provided bank details.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Next time he rings ask to speak to an 02 line manager and watch him go quiet.

Seriously tho do as said and upgrade through the official route.

It's no wonder accounts get hacked only when it's contract renewal/upgrade time.
