Hi, I’ve been in Bolton O2 branch and I was attended to the person that apparently is a manager (Paul), he is the person that have been attended me for two months by now and I usually came to the branch to activate my card and it usually the procedure is exactly same, but suddenly today he cause some implications about my activitation but he told me that I needed to have another number reference  for the activation, but I actually need have been activated the card with the same reference. I ask him how do I do and he said we gonna end up now. Is more than evident that he doesn’t want to help me and I don’t know why. I still need assistance, so I stayed at the branch to raise a complaint, he said that I needed to leave, but it’s raining and he went rude back again, he call me the police and now I am racing complaint being ignored to every staff. That is so unprofessional that I really do not know how can this person be a manager and lead a team. With no reason he just refuse to attend me and invite me to leave then he called the police. What is this? I didn’t was inconvenient or even disrespectful, so it’s no reason for this behaviour especially from a manager. Hope that you can take some actions about this. Many thanks

We can do nothing here as we are all customers.

I suggest you put your complaint in a letter and send it to complaints review.

It would be a good idea to get someone to read a correct the letter before sending. The lack of paragraphs etc makes it hard to read

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
