Colchester Area Postcoed CO4-CO6 down for fourth day in a row

Service has been down for 4 days now, please prvide a meaningful eta when the service will be back up and running.

 

I am also looking for some sort of pro-rata discount off liner rental for the 4 days and a gesture of goodwill as I have had to use othere peoples phones / landlineetc at cost to myself.

Just an update and it's..............bad news

Day 5 of no service and looking on other forums could be affecting CO2-CO6

Does anyone that actually work for O2 post on these forums as I would welcome their view

We have a couple of coordinators who work for O2 but primarily it is customer to customer - Hence me sayng there was nothing else we can do - We've already said O2 don't issue timeframes for repairs either, sorry, but it's the same for everyone.
