Hoping someone can help.
I received my code from o2 yesterday to claim my free Free Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite for £1.
Every time (probably over 20 times in last 24hrs) I enter my code I receive the following message
"Ooops, somethings gone wrong.
VMS (VOucher Management System) is not available currently. Please try again later"
Online bot chat is useless as it doesn't recognise my issue. Has anyone else come across this and how did they resolve?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I would be inclined to give it a day or two, clear your temporary internet files and cookies, restart your device and then try again.
Often in such circumstances, a brief delay will resolve the issue.
It's inexplicable, but you have reported that the error message said "Please try again later".
