Just put new sim card in my Blackberry. Topped up. Gor 500 text messages+75 mins+100mb web. Sent text message to my family with new number, been charged 12p. Why??

Thank you for your response. Yes,this was. However I texted a total of 6 people, all within less than a minute of each other, not been charged for those!
