Absolutely disgusted by o2 customer service team and this is coming from a o2 employee!
Cancelled my contract within my cooling off period yet being charged for a device/airtime that I haven't got. When speaking to customer service they like to lie to me like I don't know the process than hang up the phone.
Instore are no better!! (Sheffield City)
Ignoring me whilst I'm trying to address my issue to go and speak to his colleagues!
