Hi all.
Don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them, but in August I opted in to the Extra of a three months' trial of Disney+ for free. When I added the Extra I immediately selected the option not to subscribe once the free period ended.
In November I got an e-mail saying the free period had ended and I was no longer subscribed. Great.
Today I checked my bill and found an unexpected £0.53p charge. Turns out this is for 1 day of Disney+ when the free trial Extra expired. The automatic cancellation didn't kick in until the next day and they charged me for the extra day, despite my setting not to start paying for it.
I know it's only £0.53, but if they pull this stunt with everyone who subscribed I'm sure it adds up to a tidy sum taken wrongly from customers' accounts.
Obviously, I can't get onto live chat to query it. Did anyone else get this bogus charge?
Martin.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
