Change direct debit day

May I say yet again how disappointed I am with O2 and some of your customer service staff. I rang up asking to change the date of my direct debit and to be told after 20 minutes on the phone it had been done when it hadn’t been done.. Forunately today I’ve spoke to someone who knows what they’re doing who has sorted this for me. Beggars belief that a company of this size still have issues with customer service.

You can reach the Payment Management team direct on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I’ve sorted it now thank you but it was really a post highlighting their customer service.
