Is there a way to change your O2 email address i.e. from user1@o2.co.uk to user2@o2.co.uk. I am receiving a lot of spam and I believe my account was spoofed. I do not mean change the email address that O2 use to contact you.
I read an article in this community which suggested going to MyO2/Webmail/My Online Accouts, but it says: "Sorry, you're not able to create secondary online accounts".
I did try contacting customer services but they said that they were unable to answer my question as they did not know.
