Due to a price increse I would like to cancel my subscribtion. I have 30 days to do so. My numbers has not been active for 2 months. But how do you cancel your contract when your number is down? I have no chance of receiving the text for cancelling?
The chatbot(s) is aweful and there is no email adress og or telephone number to a real customer service PERSON.

You need to contact O2.

Just be aware if your lines are suspended for non-payment o2 wont let you cancel as per the email, but instead will pass your account to debt collectors to deal with.....

I cant see any outstanding depts and my balance is in 0,-
So im pretty unsure how to do anything.
