Can anyone tell me how (if)I can switch off the billing etc text alerts I get every month. I’ve looked all over my o2 & can’t find anything. I’ve got 3 phone accounts registered to my number so I’m constantly getting billing & spending cap notifications & it’s getting a bit annoying 🤬.
Any help/ suggestions greatly appreciated.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
