Can’t sync new phone ?

Just got 11max pro & trying to sync from iTunes but doesn’t want to any help would be good as o2 seems a shambles at the minute trying to get a hold of a living person

What error message are you getting?

Also, the software on the phone you backed up from and the new phone new to have the same version of the software on them.
