Can’t get hold of customer services

I’ve been trying to contact 02 by phone but lines don’t seem to be open. Tried online chat instead hundreds of times but still not available. Any other ways I can get hold of customer services?

Is there an issue with O2, I can’t get through and unfortunately I can’t make outgoing calls to international numbers
