Can't cancel Phones4u upgrade to o2!??!? HELP!!?!

So... I went onto the phones4u website and I upgraded my o2 number as the contract runs out on 13th October 2013 so it is a few days away.

 

I decided that I wanted to cancel the order for the upgrade but phones4u say that I cannot cancel an upgrade order as it states this in their Ts&Cs.

 

They also said to me that the order wont be processed until the 13th October when my current o2 contract runs out so I will receive my phone on 14th October.

 

How can I not cancel my order with Phones4u when they haven't even processed it yet? 


Is there any way at all that I can cancel the Phones4u order? my contract hasnt even run out so I dont understand what the issue is 😞

Also where do they stand as the upgrade has not even begun to process?

 

They are wide boys on the whole, chancers and hoping to trap people.

Maybe has something to do with the fact that O2 dropped them from selling new contracts - They are only allowed to do ugrades now for O2......

I believe O2 used to use that proviso for upgrades up until a couple of years ago.

Did it work? Did you manage to get one with o2 so phones 4 u couldnt process the oreder?

Im in the same boat. They called me while out shopping and even after repeatedly being told no they eventually talked me round and upgraded me. Wont be processed untill the 25th though and they wont cancel. According to MYO2 it tells me to come back on the 25th when contract is up and then they will see what they can do... too late to stop the phones 4u upgrade.

Really, you must be a bit stronger than that and be able to say no when you don't want to do something!
