Hi,

I am currently in Tunisia for our holidays and just got a text from O2 expressing concerns about unusual spending on my account (There are in fact £200 on Itunes in the last two days that none of us has spent). The text asked me to ring +44 3448090202.

I am just unsure whether the call would be covered by my monthly contract as normal calls to UK numbers cost an arm and a leg from Tunisia....

Thanks in advance!

There is nothing o2 can do about the charges from Apple, you need to reach out to Apple Direct via their support website at apple.com/uk  as they are the only ones who can reverse any charges.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
