CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE FROM O2??

Is anyone else experiencing such poor customer support from o2??? I’ve been trying to get hold of someone as a have a query about my data for 2 MONTHS NOW. I have been ringing the 202 number and it just gives me endless menus and keeps repeating the same question which I’ve already answered. It’s driving me insane I just need to speak to a human from the o2 customer support. Someone PLEASE help me, I’m paying £30 a month and receiving the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I also have the o2 app and the ‘chat to a member of our team’ option has also been down for over 3 months so that is also useless.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
