CALLING LANDLINES

My phone does not call landlines outside the local area. It used to call all numbers. I get the message "number is not recognised". Why? What has changed? What can I do? Grateful for any help. Thanks, Joe

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
