Bringing products in, My Account

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have had a problem connecting to My account on 1 of the contracts i own ( Wife's ) I have had tobring products in to my account to access online. I need my wife to be able to access her details from her phone as it is now locked out in MYO2 APP. Is there any way I can either unlink the accounts or to create a sign in for her phone on the App.

Any help gratefully Accepted.

Not possible to unlink but your wife needs to log into the My O2 app on her phone with your log in details. She will then be able to switch to her account to view usage etc.

Such is the fickleness and insecurity of the Thai lady...protect your income and your man against all outside influences...especially when it comes to competition. Hey, such a huge difference in culture that sometimes I find it easier to just say yes love, and shut the he'll up.  Anything for a quiet life and it looks as though I'll be back in England alone and have to send her a ticket depending just how quiet a life I want.

Is this off topic?...nah I'm bringing products in......LOL
