They're only just closing it down due to lack of use.

How can I use all these unlimited texts on my contract??
I only send a handful a month - no wonder they are closing the web facility......

If you deleted all the stuff on o2 that wasn't used there wouldn't be much of a website left...

I used it. slight_smile

Although the "// send free text from o2.co.uk" bit they added at the end always made me sound like a cheapskate. grin

To speak frankly, I see this as a typical and blatant disregard for PAYG customers. Im not one of these contract money-burners who can afford to throw £30 at my little piece of plastic every month, and the 100 Free PC texts online was PERFECT for me.

First you sell my broadband service to Sky, now you take away a "free" service. Jesus Christ, O2...

Now reading adamtemp64's post just leaves me furious that BUSINESS customers still get PC texts for free??? utterly amazing... How many BUSINESS users are going to be on a PAYG tarriff? NONE! So why not take it away from all these contract users, and give it to the people who may just rely on it alittle more?
