Brighton Network Outage?

In brighton we do not currently have a data connection (No 3G, Edge Network). The website does not advise of any issues?
Any ideas?

I too have been having these issues over the past few weeks.
Initially thought it was my iphone but having had dinner with a mate yesterday, he's having similar problems.
Just spoken to O2 who are useless. I told the guy that i got a replacement phone yesterday because Apple actually thought it was the handset but got the new handset home and the same problems persist. Told him my google search resulted in this post but fell of deaf ears.
He's sending me a new sim card to ensure that the fault finding process is complete before they raise a network fault.
Here comes to more days with intermittent coverage at home and in town.

There is maintenance work being carried out on masts in the Brighton area starting on the 18th April, so hopefully these issues will be fixed.
