How long does it take for text messages to reach my blue book after I have received them on my mobile.

pretty sure it almost instantainous unless there are problems with bluebook, if you're having problems i'd allow 24hrs. you can always send the message back to your own number if you've deleted it by accident on bluebook or it doesnt appear.

How do you get on to it in the first place.. all i get is an error message from the site after selecting accept terms and conditions and pressing logon saying

O2 Home > Error Bluebook

This is a common fault, not being able to log on to Bluebook.
I've been trying for over 4 months now.

Send an email to support, and on the 5th attempt you may actually get a reply. They tell you to send a text "Bluebook ON" to 40202.

Didn't work though. Going to try them again, and no doubt again and again... 😞

Bluebook is working ok, if a bit slow. I use it about once a week on average.

Late at night the website seems to be undergoing updates and often goes off for a couple of hours and certain areas become unavailable.

Ive been trying to get on my bluebook for weeks now and still no luck. Andy one managed to resolve their problem?
