Blocked IMEI Iphone?

I bought an IPhone from a HK second-hand mobile shop they said it was an O2 UK IPhone and when i bring it back to UK and I used a O2 Sim,its not working.My IPhone
IMEI is 01 180900 295632 5
Pls HELP ME

Im afraid there is not much that you can do.If the handset is not o2 they will not be able to assist.

I would think you could easily sell on ebay for good money if you explain the problem with it.

If it's anything like Envirofone, the handset would be fully tested before cash given. So, I'm sure it would be just sent back to the OP if they went down that route.

When you say it's not working, what have you done to get it working?
Have you got a valid o2 SIM?
Have you restored the device in iTunes?
Have you activated the SIM in iTunes?
