I renewed / Upgraded my tariff few months ago to Unlimited minutes and texts and 4 GB data for £6.00 per month, but I have contagiously been overcharged. Last time (couple of months ago), I spoke to you (O2) and I was assured for the bill charges will be corrected, and also given a £10.00 as refund of overcharging.

I note that I am that the bill/charges have still not been corrected and I am still being charged £7.03 instead of £6.00 per month.

Please look into and correct the bill/charges and refund all the overcharged amount to-date.

If you can't do this, please send me the PAC Code and I will move to some other provider as I don't have time to keep contacting you (O2) regularly and I am not happy with this treatment, rather fed up for these errors again and again.

Please confirm my complaint and confirm your remedial actions by email ASAP.

Thank you

If you took out your tariff at £6.00 before April it would have been subject to the annual price rise which this year was 17.3% which would give you a new charge of £7.03 so it looks like your bills are correct.

The annual price rises were part of the terms and conditions you agreed to.

We are all customers here so can do nothing more than you have done.

You can keep on to O2, but on the information supplied, as I have said, it looks like the charges are correct

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
