Received my bill over the weekend.
Twice.
Both with the wrong account.
About the same £ as normal
Not sure Ford Motor Company spend as little as I do on mobiles though.

Is this a widespread glitch does anyone know or should I be chasing it up ?

Hi Derek, same thing for me, I worked it out though.  If you are using GMAIL, the top part of the mail is an AI summary done by google, it attempts to give you a quick idea of the email contents, but it's not a part of the actual email.  If you take a look at the summary box, you'll see the thumbs up/down icon where you can rate how accurate it is.  I gave mine a thumbs down.

Cheers.

@derek765 Thanks for the Payments Team number; hopefully they will listen to reason! I've made numerous calls to the customer service team who expect me to pay for the large airtime bundles ordered by fraudsters who also ordered 2 iPhones - all fully reported to O2 and Action Fraud within a few minutes of the attempted fraud and requests from the start to O2 to cancel the phones and airtime packages (2 phones were actually deliverd but I refused delivery!). O2 confirmed that my account was used fraudulently but, over a week later, I keep getting messages from O2 to update my payments for the fraudulently ordered airtime packages. Customer services have been useless and the O2 employee I last spoke to cut my call off after 20 minutes of trying to make her see reason. This is only a brief resume of the issues!

I have also received bills from the Ford Motor Company for large amounts which are the same sums as those given shown the fraudulent accounts set up in my name with new billing account numbers ... strange the Ford Motor Company bills started after my O2 account was used fraudulently - fraudulent usage confirmed by O2.
