If so you will be billed for part of a month dependent on tariff/contract price and when the contract commenced. . In any case we really don't have access to your account as we are all customers like yourself. It sounds like you have been charged for the first few days pro rata and then the first month's bill. You will be billed when the sim is despatched whether you start using it immediately or not. Possibly call them but it's perfectly normal if that is indeed the case.
