What could it possibly mean, I wonder? Still in contract to end-Dec. Dum-dum-duuum!

Have you got your marketing preferences set to on?

Well, would you believe it - every last one on again, O2 are a bunch of beaky snuggers, if you'll pardon the Spoonerism.

All set to off again, here's how it looked a short while ago. Grrr! ragepoop

Others may be advised to check their contact preferences too. Surprised

Since happening to me twice before I am in the habit of checking mine monthly now.

I switched mine all off at the time of the big GDPR brouhaha, back in April or so I think?

Pays to keep an eye on'em, but does not reinforce trust in O2's ability to comply with the regs, somehow.

Unless me dropping into O2 Priority in the last few days reset'em all on the fly...

Shame if that turned back on Partner and O2 settings and not just the Priority one, without warning anyway.

And to close the loop, here's what I was offered (I am currently on last 4 months of 3Gb/mo, unlimited voice and texts, with a 25% O2 Open discount, £17.40odd per month, much cheaper!)

They don't look at the full picture, really, ddo they?

When O2 changed the layout of their website...they conveniently changed my contact preferences.

It's happened to me on two occasions so I check frequently now.

I'm a bit cheesed off with the fact they think they have the right to change any preference of mine!
