I was with O2 for a while a few years back but left because the coverage was dreadful in the Barry/Penarth area of Wales. O2 also seemed to be pitifully slow introducing things like WiFi calling and 4G VoLTE calling.  On the other hand, the forum was brilliant,  so much better than others who seemed to want to pick a fight for no reason.

So I'm glad to be back having come via Virgin but it'll be interesting to see if the network has started to pick up in the aforementioned areas.

Certainly WiFi Calling and VoLTE is available for many handsets.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
