Awful signal

Hi.
I purchased a Samsung galaxy s10 plus in June, after having a Samsung s7.
My signal indoors used to be fine, but since upgrading my indoor signal is awful.
I've signed up to three years with O2, and I'm sick and tired of being fobbed off.

The S10 series is plagued with poor signal issues. Pop your sim in a different phone and i'm sure it will be fine! Check out the samsung uk community as there is plenty of info about the issue there (not that you will find a fix).
