Today I contacted with a complaint, I got Arrin after 5 agents in the retention unit blind transferred me to virgin, I was really annoyed but I got through to Arrin Flynn in customer services and to say I was blown away by his dedication to his role, o2 and me the customer was an understatement, he was so supportive, reassuring and called me back 4 times to make sure it was resolved, I have two 7 month old girls and he was so patient with them in the background! He went above and beyond! This morning I wanted nothing to do with o2 Arrin Flynn has changed that, he needs to train the incompetent staff in the retentions unit on two things, one how to handle a complaint effectively and two how to navigate the o2 systems. Lovely guy and deserves huge credit!!! Thanks Arrin
