Any moons ago I ran a Virgin Contract which as standard allowed 0800 calls but they changed it not long after setting up.

I generally try to get an alternative number by using one of the available apps or just use a telephone kiosk !!

Just out of interest,

Is there any special reason as to why they are not inclusive of any free minutes???
