Does anyone think the price of adding an Apple Watch (or similar 'sync' devices) to phone plans is expensive?
I just bought a new sim-only iPhone plan, but adding an (owned outright) AW is nearly the same price for absolutely nothing extra but the right to use the same data as the phone. See below...
£8.00 - phone airtime plan: 32GB data (Volt Benefits make it 64GB).
£7.00 - watch sync plan: ^just to use same data as above on AW.
= £15.00.
So O2 are charging almost the same price just to add an AW to your plan, as the whole of the phone's data plan itself! Completely overpriced IMO.
It's not like you can shop around separately for AW plans as they have to be joined to main phone plans. So basically O2's pricing reflects the fact they can take advantage of having a completely captive audience already on their phone plans.

FOUR attempts at adding a completely non-controversial comment have been deleted for no apparent reason by mods! WHY?
PM'd mod @Dave-O2 for explanation. If this is not deleted in the meantime!

I don't think so, as I've seen a banner saying "Your post is being reviewed by Mods" (or similar).

I've posted far worse allegations on here myself....

Yes, it's been caught by the spam filter to be reviewed by the mods. Not removed by the mods.
Once reviewed it will be posted as long as it doesn't contravene any rules.

Maybe, but that's not clear in the banner notice at all.
Worse, it interrupts the conversation being had for no apparent reason.

We've had an influx of spam recently so the measures are necessary.
You just need to wait for the review and it will be posted, as it has now.

Your calls come out of your Airtime for the Phone, your Apple Watch needs a mobile plan for which you need to sign up via the Watch App on the iPhone, and pay the monthly fee to o2 to do so...
