Anyone Else Had problems With UK Mail Delivery??

Ive ordered a pay monthly contract phone at the weekend i knew i was at the hospital on monday so chose Tues as delivery day, received a text monday from UK Mail saying it would be delivered between 1-3pm great i thought, tues morning 10.30 i get a text saying "Your O2 order has experienced a possible delay please contact blah blah blah". So i rang them after waiting 0ver 5 mins someone finally answered to say "sorry it went to the wrong depot it will be with you tomorrow", because of pass dealing's with these so called delivery companies i rang again this morning to double check after a lot of umming and ahhing he said "yes its in nottingham you will get it today" im not holding my breath as the site shows it was supposed to be delivered before 12!.

Uk, Yodel, HDN all seem as bad as each other! not one can be relied upon.....would'nt mind but im being charge for this contract by O2 but not even had the goods yet!......ok rant over

I hope they won't mess things up too badly with deliveries this Friday, but I'm sure they'll find a way to

UK Mail is the worst courier ever, got a text from them 7am the iPhone 6 will be delivered today between 3pm and 8pm. This was already annoying as what help it is to specify delivey to the nearest 5 hours, surely you can do better than that, other couriesrs can, otherwise I would not bother at all. Anyhow, as annoying as it was, I braced myself and waited for the phone to arrive, only to find out @ 8.40pm on the updated tracking info that the item was delayed, now scheduled for tomorrow. THIS IS A JOKE! Why O2 can't use DPD, at least they know when they deliver!

I have been waiting 5 days for my so called 'next day' delivery service. I have recieved no txts or updates since the first day saying that my parcel had been delayed and will be with me tomorrow, although I have emailed them twice to complain. 

This is the worst courier service I have ever come across. It even makes Yodel look good, and that is saying something!

No excuse but I think many of these couriers have crumbled with the release of the iPhone. A bit stupid and showing a lack of forward planning...as it happens every year....:smileysad:

That's quite a delay. I would definitely call customer service if you aren't getting anywhere with the courier. I would leave it till Monday though as the courier's office is closed Sunday.

ive had the same exact problem .. but mines gone on for 4 days still havent got my delivery have you got yours yet ?
